effective transformational school leadership
My Philosophy of School Leader
As a Professional Administrative Assistant it's my obligation to be the driving force of instruction, school climate, exceptional education and to be an active participant in the daily operations of my building. School Administrators must be firm, consistent, flexible, and very organized. In addition, work collaboratively with the Principal and or Assistant Principal and Counselor for the betterment of student achievement. As a leader, it’s my planning, collaboration, implementation and professional development that will impact the students, teachers and staff. Administrators must use data and stress the rigor in all content areas PK-12. We must conduct ourselves in a professional manner and maintain a commitment to every child to help them reach their full potential. Also encourage students, parents, community partners and stakeholders to work collaboratively to reinforce student achievement and the rigor in instruction. As a Professional School Administrator it’s our obligation to service every child and provide them with an enriched academic environment which fosters life-learners. Through academics, social/personal, and career counseling we must motivate children to excel in all ventures throughout the educational process. We must conduct ourselves in a professional manner and maintain a commitment to every child to help them reach their full potential. All stakeholders must work collaboratively to reinforce student achievement across the board.
